Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Delivery is handled by the GLS delivery service. The estimated delivery time for products in stock is 2-5 working days for all orders in Europe. Delivery is made to the address you provided when you placed your order. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, you can collect the ordered products according to the instructions of the delivery company.

Returning the product

You can return the purchased goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

If you bought your products in the last 30 days, you can return them and ask for a refund or swap them for a different item, without providing us a reason. To start a return, fill out the form below or send us an email at [email protected]:

    To keep the 30-day returns deadline valid, it is sufficient to send the goods on time and to fill in and send the return form. You can also inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by emailing: [email protected]. The right of return applies only if the goods are returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must be in new condition: unwashed, intact with labels and in their original packaging.

    Refund Policy

    We will refund the purchase price of the returned product within 14 days of receipt of the complaint or receipt of the returned product.

    The purchase price will be refunded via bank transfer to the buyer’s bank account. In the case of prepayment, the amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact the credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially processed.

    It usually takes some time for the bank to process the payment before it will issue the refund.

    Replacement

    We can replace your goods if they were damaged or faulty on delivery. If you would like a replacement with an identical product, please send an email with all the details of your purchase (first name, last name, address, the email address you used to make the purchase and order number) to [email protected].
