Try one pair from your first AUTHLETIC Butt-Lift leggings order for 30 days from delivery. If you’re not happy with the butt-lift effect or how they feel, let us know. Once your request is approved, we’ll refund the full amount you paid for that pair. No return needed.

How to use your guarantee

Give your first pair a try. You can open and wear this pair. Try them on, move around and see how they feel in your everyday life.
Tell us what didn’t feel right. Within 30 days of receiving the pair, reply to your order confirmation or email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, the pair you tried, a short description of the issue and clear photos showing how the leggings fit while you’re wearing them.
We’ll review your request and help. We’ll look at your photos and message together. If we need anything else, we’ll let you know. Approved claims receive a refund for one pair, with no need to send it back and no return fee.

A quick note about photos

A clear rear or side view in your leggings helps us understand the fit and butt-lift effect. For a comfort issue, please also explain where they feel uncomfortable; a photo alone cannot show how they feel. Keep your clothes on, and feel free to leave your face out of the picture. Please don’t send nude or intimate photos.

One pair, even if you ordered more

This guarantee covers one tested pair per customer from their first order containing AUTHLETIC Butt-Lift leggings. Ordering several pairs or a multipack does not increase the number of pairs covered. Other items can still be returned under our standard return policy.

How much will I get back?

We refund the full price you actually paid for the covered pair after discounts, not its original price before a sale. For a leggings multipack, the refund is the discounted pack price divided by the number of pairs. For mixed bundles, we refund the leggings’ share of the amount paid, with the bundle discount shared proportionally across the items.

The refund covers one pair, not the whole order. Original delivery charges are not included in this voluntary guarantee. We’ll refund your original payment method where possible; for cash-on-delivery orders, our support team will arrange the refund with you.

Reply to your order confirmation and we’ll help you find the next step. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us so we can put it right. Those issues are handled separately from this first-pair guarantee.

This guarantee is an extra promise from AUTHLETIC. It does not replace or limit your legal rights, including your rights for faulty goods or any applicable right to cancel an online purchase.
