How to use your guarantee

1. Try your first pair of underwear. You can open and wear this one test pair. Check how it looks under your usual fitted clothing.
2. Show us the result. Within 30 days after the last item in your order is delivered, reply to your order confirmation or email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, the pair you tried, a short description and a clear photo showing the visible camel toe through your clothing.
3. We’ll review your request and help. We’ll look at your photo and message together. If we need anything else, we’ll let you know. Approved claims receive a refund for one pair, with no need to send it back and no return fee.

A quick note about photos

Please show the result through your fitted clothing, with your clothes on. You can leave your face out of the picture. Please don’t send nude or intimate photos.

One pair of underwear, even if you ordered more

This guarantee covers one tested pair per customer from their first order containing AUTHLETIC underwear. Buying several pairs or a multipack does not increase the number of pairs covered. It also applies when your first pair was bought on sale.

How much will I get back?

We refund the price you actually paid for the covered pair after discounts, not its original price before a sale. For an underwear multipack, we divide the pack price you paid by the total number of pairs, including any free pairs. A 3+1 pack contains four pairs; a 5+2 pack contains seven. The refund is for one pair, not the whole pack.

For a mixed bundle, we refund the underwear pair’s share of the amount paid, with the bundle discount shared proportionally across the items. A pair received completely free has no paid amount to refund.

The refund covers one pair of underwear, not the whole order. Original delivery charges are not included in this voluntary guarantee. We’ll refund your original payment method where possible; for cash-on-delivery orders, our support team will arrange the refund with you.

Need a different size or help with your order?

Reply to your order confirmation and we’ll help. Other pairs can still be returned under our standard return policy if their individual packages remain unopened and any hygiene seals are intact. The one pair tested under an approved guarantee claim does not need to be returned.

For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us so we can put it right. Those issues are handled separately from this first-pair guarantee.

This guarantee is an extra promise from AUTHLETIC. It does not replace or limit your legal rights, including your rights for faulty goods or any applicable right to cancel an online purchase.
